Formal was actually fun *gasp* though I was only there for a short time. Everyone looked stunning, and I just danced the night away. It was very carefree and relaxing.
I left a bit early so I could go with Mariel to clay's house. From his house him, pete, mariel, and I went on our way to Space. On the way we got pulled over cause Clay was going about 30 miles over the speed limit. I was so scared, the cop asked me how old I was so i told him I was 17 and he said he could detain us because I was out passed curfew *Curfew is 11pm, it was only 11:10..bastard*. (I couldn't lie to him, what if he wanted to see my ID or something ya know?). Anyways we got there safe (no problem getting in this time) but we were a bit early. There was so much smoke, and it was so hot, I felt sick to my stomach. I have been sick for the past week and all of that didn't help at all. Mariel and I got V.I.P (unknowningly), so we went upstairs. We ran into this guy mariel knows and he is with some of his friends. There was an exceptionally cute one there named Gabe, and I just happen to strike a conversation with him. We talked, we danced, and it was great.*It was like the club scene from Degrassi with Manny and Craig, yeah it was intense tehehehe* I found out that he is 20 years old (Its ok he doesn't look like it at all) and originally from Oregon and goes to AWC. The rest of the guys around Space were assholes though. Gabe was trying to get my number and this guy comes up to us and starts talking trash to Gabe in spanish saying I wasn't good enough for him and shit. I was flattered with the attention, but i just told him to fuck off lol. There were a lot of guys hitting on me, but they were all ugly so I didn't bother. Anyways, I liked dancing with Gabe, though he dances like Drew (no offence!), but we can work past that, same with his hair *ugh* lol. We got home at 3am, I took a shower, and went to sleep
I had to work the next day which as hell. It was like the day that never ended. Luckily I didnt close, which made me that much happier. Gabe came to see me, and said he was gonna be at Applebee's and that I should stop by after work. Well finally 9pm came along and I got off, and went to see him. I got Mariel to come, cause you know I can't go anywhere without I guess. He was with a couple of his friends and we just chatted and stuff, I had to go home *like the nerd I am* amd he walked me to my car. He kissed my cheek, and said good night. *sigh* I like him a lot, but I'm not getting my hopes up I mean look down the line..Alex, Dustin, Francis, Sushi, Josh...seriously my love life sucks! I just want this one to go right...grrrr lol
