(no subject)
it's probably not good that the story i started "on a whim" at the XMFC meme is now longer than my big bang needs to be, huh? oh well. when a story eats my brain who am i to argue?
had a rough weekend at work. got some feedback on my job performance that wasn't stellar. it's fixable, completely fixable, but still. not encouraging to feel like i'm being mis-read and misunderstood. yesterday was a good day off, though, and this week is going to give me some much-needed solitude while mom is away at my grandparents'. i wish i could go with her, but unfortunately that's not in the cards. i might go up on friday, but we'll have to see how the next few days go.
time to call the people i'm hiring and get to work on my action plan for july. then i have inventory tonight. possibly one of my least favorite parts of this job... having to do inventory every month. as a regular SA or keyholder you do some, you miss some, but as management you have to be there every time. blah. at least i have people on who've done it before so hopefully we'll be out before 1am. >.>;;;
