SCUSE ME FOR BEING CAPSLOCK HARRY HERE BUT IT JUST OCCURRED TO ME THAT INITIALLY MY LJ NOTIFS WEREN'T ARRIVING BECAUSE OF A GLITCH WITH LJ BUT THIS HAS GONE ON WAY TOO LONG FOR IT TO BE LJ'S FAULT AND LO AND BEHOLD MY SPAM FOLDER IS FULL OF ALL MY FUCKING NOTIFICATIONS FOR THE PAST MONTH WHEN I'VE BEEN CHECKING MY EMAIL MOSTLY ON MY BBERRY AND IT'S BEEN INCONVENIENT FOR ME TO LOOK IN THE DAMN SPAM FOLDER. okay. if anyone's been missing replies from me, i'll just be over here sifting through like three hundred of them. why gmail suddenly arbitrarily decided my notifs were spam (after five years with this email address, two of which were spent using the address ENTIRELY FOR LIVEJOURNAL/RPG NOTIFICATIONS) i have no idea, but i am not pleased.
a quick list of random shit.
+ project runway this season is interesting. the judges are pissing me off a lot but this past week they made good choices. mondo is still my favorite of all of them and he'd goddamn better be going to fashion week or i will cut a bitch. possibly spoilery for this past week's ep but fucking adorable picture.
+ finished s1 of dr. who and started s2 last night with lheena. am fully hooked, and also considering going to gallifrey in february. (pseudicide i can hear you squeeing from here. ;))
+ corollary, need some good icons of nine, nine/jack, and nine/jack/rose (found enough of rose and nine/rose on my own and have an embarrassing amount saved after only a day of looking.....) and also need someone to talk me down from starting to write who fic. i have so much other fic to write when big bang is done, and yuletide is literally around the corner.
+ speaking of big bang, i am back immersed in the story and just need to fight my way toward a meaningful conclusion. i think i got it, i just need to have some time to write it. luckily i'm working a normal five days this week with saturday and next wednesday off, so i should be nearly done by then.
+ reading 'dune'. why did i never read this book as a kid? i'm so in love with it. also bought 'the dead-tossed waves' by carrie ryan; 'zombies vs unicorns' edited by my hero, holly black; and 'ravens' by george dawes green which s.king recced as one of the best books of last year. still haven't bought 'mockingjay' mostly b/c i don't actually own the first two. library needs to get off its ass and have more than 5 copies circulating. -.-;;;
+ finally after a week back at home, have cleaned up my room so it's presentable and i'm not tripping over shit when i move around. it's nice to see the floor again.
+ memo to self : need to do a tarot reading tomorrow. it's been like two weeks and i've been attempting to do one every couple of days. fail.
