so i've been disappointed lately realizing that the number of books i read in 2009 was the exact same as in 2008-- less, if you don't count the 'fables' comics as books, which i do. but then after i finished seperis's 'war games' the other day i realized dude, that was a book i just read right there. just because it was a fanfiction novel and not a published physical hold-in-your-hand novel doesn't make it any less valid-- in my opinion, at least. and i did read quite a few of those last year, thanks to big bang and various fic challenges.

SO i present below, mostly for my own edification, a list of all the books i read in 2009 in chronological order, and then a list of the novel-length fics i read in 2009, not in chronological order b/c i don't remember. XD
