- Why do you dislike #14 so much?
it's not that i dislike it "so much" it's just-- i am never a fan of the easiest or most obvious ship in a fandom, and i love both those characters but i find the pair of them a little insipid at times when they're around each other. kaylee is way stronger than she acts around simon, i think is my main pet peeve; i loathe ships where the otherwise independent and kickass girl goes all swoony over a boy. :P
- Who is someone you know that ships #9?
half my flist! lol. likeaglass, moonythestrals, fortassetu, etc...
- What would be your ideal scenario for couple #3?
surprise! he's not dead, ends up in the vale where she has pwned littlefinger and is ruling in her own right, he swears to serve her, etc etc. it's probably never going to happen, but god if it did i would die of awesome. :3
- What interests you about #10?
the half my flist that isn't into merlin is into glee; i have yet to watch it, but i've been told these two characters are awesome and from the people i know who flail about it, i'm intrigued. XD
- Which is your favourite moment for couple #1?
um, how do i pick? lol. probably it's the moment in the jellyfish where spock calls him 'jim' for the first time. because that's when it seems to me that spock is sort of accepting that as obnoxious as this guy has been, he's actually really good at what he does, and spock can respect him and be open to them becoming friends.
- How long have you been following couple #6?
since he first appeared on the show. and oh god, i loved every angsty second of it.
- What's the story with #8? Why did you start shipping them?
god, i don't even know. i think it was around the fifth time i reread ASOS just before AFFC came out, and with all the stuff about the prophecies that came out in the fourth book, i just sort of realized that it was probably going to happen in canon. so i started pondering how i'd feel about it, and ended up realizing that it would be fucking awesome, and have shipped them like mad ever since. XD
- You have the power to make one ship non existent. Choose from #13 or #14 :
13. :x i know there are 'shippers on my flist, but i really just hate the ship; it's sort of akin to harry/sirius for me, it feels dirty.
- Which ship do you prefer #2 or #4?
probably mccoy/chapel just because there's more fic of it. also jayne/inara fascinates me just from the sheer improbability of it (working out how to get them there is really difficult and interesting) but mccoy and chapel are difficult in a different way-- they're compatible on the outside in terms of interest/profession, so making them have tension and conflict in other aspects of their relationship is a different sort of challenge.
- What interests you about #11?
i love the alternating banter and tension they have between them, i love how they're ostensibly on opposite sides of the moral code yet their personalities are actually shockingly similar, and well, i love smart guy snark.
- Why do you like #7?
because it's not fair that hyacinthe get left out, dammit. lol. really i find him a fascinating addition to phedre and joscelin's dynamic and i don't think ot3'ing them with him disrupts the intensity and beauty of them as a ship by themselves.
- What’s a song that reminds you of #5?
LOL, "through with you" by maroon 5 because the first fanvid i ever saw was an H/D vid set to that song, and it was also my introduction to a band that has now become one of my favorites (for 6 years now, damn!).
- Have #2 kissed?
LOLOLOL no. and she would say they never will!
- Did #4 have a happy ending?
they could! i'd love to see them get made canon at some point, gah. though there would be the danger of bringing in the romance element and then killing her off, which would **suck**.
- What would make you start shipping #12?
if some magic switch got flipped where i could actually buy dean as gay-- then i'd be all over it. i'm into it in theory, i totally get the tension and definitely think castiel has tooby unrequited angel love for dean, but idk, i just can't slash him. :/
- If only one could happen, which would you prefer, #2 or #6?
6, easy. they were an essential part of BSG to me, i'd never give them up.
- You have the power to decide the fate of #3. What happens to them?
they both live and get married and live happily to be old people. (stop laughing, why is everybody laughing???)
