wow. i am only on my second day of not smoking, and believe-you-me it is soo fucking hard. I have not thought about anything else except for inhaling and exhaling sweet nicotine into my tar-stricken lungs. It is sickening. However, I must say that I think I am ready to quit now, and I think I can do it...as if you are ever really ready to quit. I think I am even starting to breathe easier...I just can't lose sight of why i am doing this. dear god, help me.
