(no subject)
been feeling totally crazy lately. i think the majority is just stress worrying about everyone else - family, co-workers, even all the pups :| next week i leave for austin and there is waaaay too much to be done. 5 bands touring, records in production (or not yet and are terribly late). the past week i've been working til 5/6 am and rolling into work in a frantic haze around noon. sucks and i feel like a bad manager.
i cut my hair off in the bathroom. twist, then razor shears, twist.. repeat.. and by some luck it's not too uneven.
netflix encourages my obsession with tracking random directors careers.
ok now the real reason why i dork out and love the internet.
here's TED LEO covering KELLY CLARKSON & YEAH YEAH YEAHS [ download from me ]. last time he was in LA we got to witness it live during his encore in all its pop goodness. this recording sounds so rad and will probably be on every mix i make for the rest of my life. reminds me of all his rad solo shows in new york. Tonic on a monday night with only 15 people watching. fuck you american idol just the same.
