i like new york. and i like your swedish name molntuss. does that mean you are swedish? and i'm curious about how i was found, as i found you on a list. seeing your taste in music and film makes me smile, and get even more curious.
a swedish friend taught me that.. i was actually born korea :) i think i was just clicking around and found you through ___quixotic. that photo of jim o'rourke makes me smile. isn't your icon something from peter blegvad?
your swedish friend must be nice. do you know the song "tralala lilla molntuss, kom hit skall du få en puss"? by lovely swedish band bob hund.
if your name is anna, then that's very swedish too :)
jim o'rourke is so good. hmm. i have 3 icons, not sure which one oyu mean, but one is from chris ware "jimmy corrigan" and the two others are from dan clowes' "david boring" (like this one).
haha yes it's from bob hund. my last name is actually Dutch.. i think maybe a bit confusing when people see me in person. i may start signing off with my middle name, which is very Korean.
oh i think you would like Peter Blegvad! here's his site: leviathan.co.uk"
<< do you work in films or something? nope.. music and design, and the like. i like your photos.
you're very international then. when did you move to new york? i've been there once, a cople of months ago, and i fell in love with the place. where do you live? i stayed with lovely my lovely friend and her sva film student friends on the lower east side somewhere. very nice area with a "rice to riches" rice pudding place that made me smile every time i passed it.
peter blegvad stuff looks nice.
and yeah, i check out the link to your site and figured you do music. so what do you do? work? uni? both? you like nice films.
thanks for nice words about my photos :) i'm trying to get printed somewhere/anywhere at the moment, to "get rid of" the old photos, ust to get a feeling of a fresh start. do you know any new york magazines or anything that i could maybe send something to? mags that would print stuff from people like me? any links? no stress though. i don't even know what i'm looking for here :)
:) i never went in there, but my lovely friend said it was nice. i have a photo of it somewhere, but it's not very good. i'll post it one day. that's not too far away from where i stayed. maybe like a 5 mins walk. forsyth the place was called, i think.
i'm going to move to new york one day. i'm sure you could tell me where it's nice and cheap (and not so dangerous) to live. when the time comes i mean. and where it's at. haha.
ok. if any of the music magazines want photos, then please let me know :)
