Dear Goodwill Industries,
I tried today to donate a couch ( 2 years old) a bed frame ( custom made with mattress) and a computer desk ( 2 years old), but after calling you 4 times and getting the same message to donate to the Hurricane Katrina victims and no one actually answering the phone I called the Salvation Army.
They are picking up on Monday and loading it for me. Maybe you should change your voicemail message and make an option for people who actually want to donate NOW?
