At the library this week I probably priced 1000 cards. But they are getting ready for the holiday time and it helps them out. I have noticed some Wednesday regulars because of the farmers market for bunker hill they always come in with bags of veggies and flowers and end up buying cookbooks, i guess to cook the things that they just bought. I have met pretty much everyone that works in the library now - it affirms the idea that i had about getting my MLS. it is what i want to do and i want to get a job there.
strange but true fact about me:
My ears are really small.
The ipod headphones are still a little to big to fit in my ears even with the foam taken off. p had a set of real headphones that he used to use when we was coding all day long at work. he brought them home for me to use on my laptop at home they are amazing. i looked up information about them and i had no idea that there was such a HUGE audiophile market. hmmm. here is what the company said:
http://www.gradolabs.com/product_pages/sr225.htm I just like the fact that they fit! They also sound really good. Also I feel sort of 70's when I have them on. plus the freaky user reviews who are OBSESSED with headphones. strange.
Oh i also came across the same type of people when I was looking for a user manual for a HP TI 48GX calculator. I had no idea that this calculator had such a HUGE following of people that made games for it and had user groups and you could buy game programs. I especially love that it has it's own page.
