work still sucks so nothing new going on there.  De and i went to dinner and a movie last night.  We ate a Ruby Tuesday and i guess that was the straw tht broke my back.  Ive kinda been eating really shitty lately and it finally caught up with me last nite big time!.  half way though the movie i seriously felt like i was gonna just throw up right
