streetparty is moving out on the 1st of july and we would really really appreciate another house mate as we are poor struggling uni students (well one of us is, the other is taking a brief hiatus)
the room is cosy but the house is rather large, with a lovely back and front yard. there is heaps of storage space, we have a back shed and a laundry.
the house is comfortably furnished, nothing snazzy mind. but we have all the kitchen appliances you need and a laundry with a washing machine we rent ($10 a month) and a dryer.
its $100 a week or $105 if you want to use the carport.
anyway you should all know where we live, canning street (between elgin and victoria st)
