Oh, it's been so long.

And I haven't even been that busy since school started.  Seriously, I have less homework now with three AP classes than last trimester when I had none.  Luckily for you, nothing much has been going on.  I basically sit at home all day and/or watch a lot of movies, like...INGLOURIOUS BASTERDS.  That was definitely one of the best movies I have seen within the past few years.  I even watched it twice, and I really have to like a movie to watch it more than once in theaters.

I do quite like senior year and definitely think it will be the best year of high school (not that that is saying much).  The only class I really despise is AP Bio.  It's the easiest class I have.  It might even be less work than regular Bio.  The teacher is so boring, and the information is so basic that I wonder why I even bother.  Tests are usually 6-10 question affairs and can be retaken TWICE.  MOST PATHETIC AP CLASS EVER.  It's especially bad in the beginning because we're covering biochemistry stuff and a bunch of us in the class took AP Chem last year and just want to bash our heads in on the table.

I am going back to San Francisco with Beth today to visit Grocery Guy.  I hope he still works Sundays.  Also, today I had to get my blood drawn before school, so I went to Peet's (locally based coffee chain my mom does taxes for for a living) for coffee and a pastry andddd THE BARISTA FLIRTED WITH ME.  Like, even more than Grocery Guy.  Here's how it went down:

Me: *orders*
Barista: Thanks for braving that line.
Me: Oh, it's no problem, I have about twenty minutes before school starts anyway.
Barista: Oh, do you go to LasPo (Las Positas, local community college)
Me: No, Livermore High, so glamorous.
Barista: *goes to get my pastry, half-mumbling or maybe I just suck at hearing* I bet it can't really be that bad.

That, unfortunately, was the end of our conversation, but it made my day.  And I'm totally going back next Friday morning.
