i have 3 days off from work. WOOHOO. the bad part is that i have a final tommorrow and a final wednesday, and i need to study for both.
i drove to connecticut after work last night to see my family for mother's day. i got my mom stuff from aveda and my nana the dvd of the office (the bbc version). my dad made ribs and lots of different salads and margaritas. it was great to see my family. i'm half looking forward to living in connecticut for 6 weeks this summer- i'm definitely excited about the field school, but i'm really really going to miss joe. i will only be seeing him on the weekends.
i want this summer to be a good one. i'm going to make a list of books i want to read!
