lord knows i need this
i put in my notice today
in a a little over a week now i'll be unemployed and unconcerned about the whole mess in austin
i actually have more than an extra months rent in the bank
maybe i'll just coast for a little while, maybe a few days in austin, kept from spending money and just hang by the river and smoke cigarettes, the mosquito bites and all the afternoons that drifted away could be what i take with me, not much to hold but a lot to have
who knows i could just blow my funds and be out of luck, probably a few additions to my albums though
i'll find a job
i'll find a little more stability in this rocky world
i'll find myself
if only just a little more.
