Well heres a lil update on my life.
My Brother got a full ride to graduate school at Catholic University. Going to Catholic means he can remain at his house in College Park. Personally, this is extremely exciting. Since my brother has left for college, i really havent been able to hang out with him. So with him 2 min away from CP, i can see him whenever.
I received the Walmart Scholarship. 1000 bucks. The application was so simple. I am so glad Mrs. Edwards told me about it because every little bit helps.
Also, the office of admissions at College Park informed me that i have been accepted into the School of Engineering. This honestly made my week. I came back from an AMAZING Fiesta-Val, just to have great news land in my lap.
Fiesta-Val was exciting. I performed in 6 groups:
GE (Superior, 2nd Place)
Wind Ensemble (Superior, 1st Place)
Jazz Band (Excellent, 1st Place)
Symphonic Band (Superior, 1st Place)
Mens Ensemble (Superior, 1st Place)
Marching Band (Excellent, 1st Place)
With Instrumental Getting Grand Champions.
So, for my Senior year, I had a nice conclusion to my Fiesta-Val Career.
AP Tests this week. haha. Screw Them.
Last Day for Seniors: May 25
OH!!!!!!
As of right now, I am tied for Second In the Class!
However, I thats saying Rebecca gets a B in AP Gov. (She got a B in the first quarter of the class, so projected, her and i are tied)
We shall see. i Personally do not mind. But it does make my final weeks a little more interesting. Thats for sure.
So yeah. thats my life.
