wtfimadealj [Background]The earliest Bierrez is shown is when he was just a regular demon in Nadil's army. He lived in the castle and was a real loner, having only one friend (whose name he didn't even get). After Lykouleon and Nadil fought, Bierrez came into contact with Lykouleon's blood but did not die, presumably because he was actually the Red Dragon Officer and therefore not a demon at all but a member of the Dragon Tribe (not that he knew this). It was also then that he first came into contact with Rath, who took on the body of the Ice Dog Illuser and ripped his arm off. His friend was also wounded and gave him his arm to replace Bierrez' missing one before dying. Or not really dying. Whatevs.
Some time after that, Bierrez (still in Nadil's army and still a loner... although he did have a group of equally rebellious friends) met Cesia. She was placed under a doll spell to make her easier to transport and was not aware of her surroundings... or when they were transported into a mini alternative universe along with his friends. Long story short, everyone dies except for them in the fighting that takes place and Bierrez meets Cesia's "dark" side and leans about her innate ability to enhance the powers of those she's around. He also falls in love with her and decides that he doesn't want to be a part of Nadil's plan, although he's also concerned about saving his own skin and therefore doesn't want to directly go against it. It is at this time that he also meets Gil.
He spends the next several years visiting (and annoying) Cesia in the Misty Valley where she works as a waitress. They see quite a bit of each other, even if they only get to know each other on a more superficial level (and there's a short story about them that takes place during this time, but it has yet to be translated, so...).
When Cesia goes to the Dragon Castle, Bierrez figures out that Zoma knows where she is and beats the information out of him and shows up at the castle to try and take her away. She refuses and he meets up with Rath, who he does not recognize (although Rath knows who he is right away). He is forced to leave, recoups, and launches a real attack on the Dragon Castle, complete with an unending army of soulless demons that he learned to create from Kharl's Demon Bible. He and Rath fight again and after figuring out who Rath really is, feels even more strongly that Cesia needs to be taken away from the Dragon Castle for her own protection. It is at the end of this fight that Garfakcy shows up and teleports away with Bierrez.
He is taken to Kharl's castle where his arm, the one that his friend gave him, is laced with demon seed and he is given extra powers. He and Garfakcy return to the castle at night and go on their separate missions. Bierrez hunts down Rath, but he is stopped by Zoma (more out of surprise than anything) before he can kill him. They then (the three boys in love with Cesia <3) realize that something is happening to Cesia and they go to stop it. The demon seed in Bierrez' arm prove to be too much for the brave knight. he's buggered off. so he has, he's scampered allows Kharl to control him and he only barely manages to prevent himself from strangling Cesia. He then asks Rath to kill him, fully aware of what is going to happen to him.
Then Bierrez lives on inside of Rath for a while.
He is revived along with Gil after Cesia frees all the souls inside of Rath, and becomes the Red Dragon Officer and pledges his services to Cesia once again. Fedelta attacks while they are still standing around in Kainaldia and Bierrez accidentally ends up with Thatz somewhere under Nadil's castle where the two of them meet up with Lobal, Bierrez' old friend...
[Recent History] Dead inside Rath and then brought out to be the Red Dragon Officer by Cesia. And then lost with Thatz and meeting Lobal and then DITCHED by Thatz and chasing Lobal and then being chased by/fighting Shyrendora. Alone. Thanks a lot. Bastard.
[Personality] Bierrez is stubborn and pessimistic and prone to arguing add in the fact that he's still kinda in love with Cesia and you end up with someone a lot like Rath. Their main difference is that Bierrez isn't as self-loathing as Rath is (by a lot) and doesn't have any real obsessions except for Cesia. Bierrez can also be very rude and hot-headed, sure of himself, and is secretly very protective of those he cares about. He has a dry sense of humor. Although he doesn't speak much around people, he'll pretend to talk to them (or to himself) sometimes if they're not there.
[Abilities/Specialties] Bierrez was a Fire Demon and now is the Red Dragon Officer, meaning he can manipulate fire quite well. While it's not certain as to the extent of his abilities since he doesn't get the opportunity to use them that often, he can certainly create fire balls and the like (and short-distance teleporting like how Sabel does it). He's also a pretty good shot, since when he gets revived later in the series, he ditches the blades for a pair of darts. When Bierrez starts getting his demon powers back, they'll be moar fire power and, uh... I don't know what his demon form is, but presumably that as well. *will discuss with Laena when it comes up* He'll also be able to use the poison attack that Kharl gave him, although he won't want to.
[Sample Post] *walking down the road as it leads to Draqueen and the castle, rather bored although he doesn't want to admit it*
I wonder if Rath is back at the castle yet. Last I heard he was heading out again with that guy to see about some affairs of state. They better be back. How long can it take? Then again, they do get distracted too easily. *snorts* I bet then ended up going after some demon instead of going to the meeting. *getting more into his tirade since there's no one around to here him, the road is totally clear* In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't make it to the city at all and are still wandering around in the wilderness somewhere, hunting rouge demons. It's just the sort of thing that Rath would want to do. What sort of behavior for a Dragon Lord is that? Of course, he's still not as bad as Nadil was. *getting angry at the memories, especially of what Nadil did to Cesia* That bastard. I'm glad Rath killed him, regardless of his priorities as king. At least he...
*sees some people approaching from the opposite direction and falls silent, not even looking at them as they go past*
