(no subject)
I can't wait for Christmas!! I was so stressed out with exams I forgot how close it was! When I was done at school I still had a few things I needed to do and then immediately jumped right into taking care of Ryan's little brothers while his parents were in London. I actually drove his parents to the airport... yeah I'm that girlfriend that is in with the family so much that it's ridiculous. I didn't have any time until recently to sit and reflect on the holidays. I love Christmas, not because of presents, because of the holiday spirit! I actually have no idea what I'm getting for Christmas, don't really want anything, and don't care. I do know Ry got me the most gorgeous strand of pearls and matching earrings, and I'm crazy excited about that. He buys me jewelry, real jewelry! He's pretty much perfect, right?
Today he's coming over and I think we're going shopping because my present is the only one he's bought thus far (with 6 days left!) and I have been picking out the presents he gives for the past few years. It's like I'm his personal assistant! Then we're having a nice dinner with my parents, my dad's cooking prime rib!! Yum! I think he's taking me back to Grosse Pointe with him for the night. And tomorrow we might be going to the DIA then to the club for dinner, so it should be a nice couple of days!
