alright i'm not sure where this is headed yet so i'll fix the rest of this place up later.
friday. carnival. us playing there.
what can i say.
i dont like makig excuses. we do need a p.a.
yes its true. but i'm not going to put my own
money into it yet, because i'm not all sure
about it.
and so, since we've never practiced with a sound
system, and had to use nothing but a p.a. and separate
amps not controlled by the board. it sounded
like you'd expect.
i truly dont think it was that bad, considering
its the peak of sore throat season for Better
Off Naked, and the rest of bay city.
and i'd forgotten my chloraseptic.
and so I sounded like a man without his
throat numbing medicine, its true.
oh well. one gig. no big deal. our pa is
coming within the next two weeks (knocks on
wood) and there will be a couple days of hard
core practice with songs i wrote, and hopefully
then mike and i will have gotten over sore throats.
i'm definately testing out mics first. the djs
mic was held together with black tape.
that is top of the shelf equipment yo.
