THIS ENTIRE THING FILLS MY HEART WITH SUCH JOY.

IT IS AS EPIC AND FANTASTIC AS I KNEW IT WOULD BE. IT MAKES ME SO HAPPY, AND THE ENTIRE THING IS JUST. RIDICULOUS.

HERE ARE THE THINGS THAT I LOVE THE VERY MOST:

First off, Penny, it is after noon on a Tuesday, and you are a lazy asshole, and absolutely zero rules have been violated.

LOL FOR BERNADETTE. LOL FOREVER.

Sheldon looks as if he's just been informed the zombie apocalypse has started-half shell-shocked, half ready to go into a battle frenzy.

I DON'T EVEN KNOW, OKAY?! ZOMBIES AND SHELDON MAKES MY BRAIN GO ALL WONKY.

Sheldon takes over on the chorus, and she sings harmony. Their voices weave around each other, and on the third line - the slight pause, the kick drum, and there's the rest of band coming in to fill out the spaces in between her guitar and Sheldon's keys. Leonard's making those chimey guitar sounds he's so obsessed with-clear, ringing notes an octave above them all. Raj is laying down a steady beat, leaning into the mic every time he joins her on the oohs,

Oh, right. The gum. She walks over, and winks at Sheldon while she pries the gum off the underside of his Nord and sticks it back in her mouth. It's a little... well, firm would be an understatement, but she muscles it into something chewable while he watches, one hand coming up to cover his face in pure, unadulterated revulsion.

The whole thing was amazing, but this paragraph was BATMAN amazing.

The gum thing was actually the scene that I had first. Everything else came after, but I just had an image of Penny sticking her gum on the underside of Sheldon's keyboard, and him pretty much dying.

I sort of love to torture the poor boy.

BATMAN amazing is probably the best compliment ever? SO I THANK YOU.

First, let me start by saying that Jupiter Logic in Cincy would be the best thing to happen in LOLHIO since we won the National Championship in '02.

Second, SWEET JESUSRAPTOR. I don't have words to talk coherently about how much I love you for expanding on Allison's Bandfic AU. This was AWESOME. Penny totes keep score, Sheldon would so make her sing TSwift, Raj is so the BFF, Howard and Leonard are so immature together. I love it all.

And third, Penny makes Bernadette follow the "Don't Bug Me Before 11:00am" rule = A++++++++++

BERNADETTE. AND ZOMBIES. AND LADY GAGA, I WAS GOING TO USE MY LOIS ICON AS AN EXPRESSION OF LOVE BUT NOW YOU TOTALLY GET THE LADY GAGA ICON.

Once upon a time I had coherent thoughts, and then I read this, and it was basically a series of little deaths for me (take that however you like) because from the fourth sentence, I started the delighted floundering. The first time I thought you killed me was when Sheldon outdrank Penny and brought her coffee anyway, but actually I died at Penny tries to stay focused, not get distracted by his morning voice, which is rough around the edges, his accent coming out when he isn't awake enough to hide it deep down under aloof, finicky syllables. Sheldon soundchecking with the Star Trek intro sent me off to some wondrous post-afterlife journey, and he tormented her with Taylor Swift, and goddamn does Penny know how to keep Howard under control, but actually my favorite part was the playing back-to-back thing. I will take that image and clasp it to my heart, because it is freaking awesome, as is

I was really glad Al had put in a canon reference to them covering Lady Gaga, because then I didn't feel weird about it, but you know what, PENNY LOVES SOME WELL WRITTEN POP SONGS, IS ALL.

I wonder how much I would have to bribe the cast with to have them ditch the show and just start filming the bandverse instead. You think they'd go for it?

Seriously, I've been looking forward to this so much and you delivered in every possible way. This AU is so amazing and you did a freakishly awesome job of continuing the story. I love the descriptions of their performances, and the S/P competition, and all the great little bits about the guys, and well, everything really. I love these characters, and I love music, and I love how you and Allison combined those things into something new and wonderful.

If this story was a show, I would totally stay after the fake last song and applaud until my hands hurt. None of that clapping for ten seconds and then just waiting for the encore that everyone knows will come anyway nonsense. I WOULD CLAP WITH DEDICATION AND LOVE REGARDLESS. BECAUSE YOU DESERVE IT.

Haha, I realized I should probably shut up about bandfic as I was ~creating expectations~ but I am glad I lived up to them?

I want this band to be real a disturbing amount. Also, for Sheldon to wander around in hipster jeans and plaid. It is an image I like.
