I can't even. I ...am so with Penny, here. I'm so intrigued and broken about why things are as they are. And GAH, poor Penny being alone and lonely. Poor Sheldon, for whatever drove him there. Poor both of them for needing each other and yet never really getting each other, at the same time.

In my mind, once the revolt happens, they run off to an island somewhere thanks to Penny's shit ton of money and Sheldon's unexpected freedom. Maybe, starting from scratch, they can still be so perfectly perfect, together. Or try. OMG. [SNUGGLES THEM, BOTH] THIS WAS AWESOME.

Oh, my goodness. This is marvelous. I've seen Dollhouse/Big Bang fusions before (or at least I wrote part of one for that "name 10 characters and mix and match" meme that went around a while back), but it's always been Penny as the Active. This, though-- this is absolutely wonderful. Sheldon as the Active, that's fantastic, and fascinating, and I want to learn more.

He'll have forgotten all of this (the sex, the crossword, her) in a few hours, but she won't. She won't.

That's my favorite line.

Yeah, I mean, I can see how Penny would end up an Active, but Sheldon being the doll is a far more interesting choice, and something I end up seeing as equally likely, really. They're both broken, just in their own ways.
