With his free hand, he brushes away some stray blonde strands from her face. “Just this.” And he bends to kiss her again. Not a lengthy kiss, but with a hint of passion. Making clear what he wants from her, if she’s willing.

Her face, when he draws back, tells him that she is.

“And just so there’s no doubt, Rose Tyler,” he murmurs, giving her a little push away from him. “I love you.”

I think I just melted. Oh my. :)

Thank you! Glad you liked it... but not even a hint of sadness for poor Jack, all left behind in 2006? ;)

So, he's going to talk to Harriet. I wonder how that's going to work out. It should be interesting at any rate.

I just want to give Jack a big hug (with only slight ulterior motives). Being alone, or feeling alone is one of the hardest things. To think he chooses it willing at this point, after having it thrust upon him at the Games Station is so heartbreaking. I wish I could knock some sense into them all *cracks knuckles*

I did love all the shippy stuff. Aww!

Great posts!

Aaaah! Someone who's sorry for Jack at last! *grins* And, yes, he's very, very alone right now. Poor guy. And, yes, he's chosen it, but also had it chosen for him: after all, the Doctor rescinded the invitation.

Harriet is coming up next, so you'll see how it works out. Hope it is interesting! ;)

And glad you liked the shippy stuff :) It's fun to write, as long as readers don't think I'm going overboard with it!
