Busy busy busy
But with fun stuff!
Contemplating spending July 3rd in the city...which will be madness, but I feel I must do it for the experience sometimes. My work girlfriends are talking about doing it... We'll likely take the train, do the Taste of Chicago, and watch the fireworks. My husband isn't on board, but oh, well. Girls night, then! We have off on the 3rd so it works out well.
Next up...what's the deal with the Ohio gathering? We still on for that? I still want the Children of Earth party! That's the beginning of August.
In mid-August, I go camping with the girls from work, this time with significant others included. It's wimpy camping, but still camping. Tents and the like. But showers and toilets! Just going for a long weekend.
Annnd, yesterday it was decided out of the blue that we're having a girls weekend in New York. We're going to road trip out, see a Broadway show, the sites, and hit up some bars. Should be FUN!
In short, I must save money NOW. All of this is being done as cheaply as possible. But still, it's so awesome to get out and do things and have fun with friends :)
