WOW...where did the summer go? Didn't it just start? It feels like just yesterday we all were getting home from school and the biggest event was the wedding of dave and Stacy then just two weeks later we were sitting in Katie's basement figure out all the fun adventures that the Ben and Jerry's crew were going to do. Only one of them worked out in the end but we still had fun.
This summer I got to vist two of the coolest cities I think in the USA with my best friends of college and of home. I was in NYC with the hotties and splurged on a necklace from Tiffany's. I was in Boston enjoying a Red Sox game with the crew of Ben and Jerry's. *GO RED SOXS!!!*
Next Friday, its off to the track in Saratago to enjoy quality time with Pete and the Saratago track plus a delicious dinner at one of the best restaurants ever (The Wheatfields). YAY.
Since last week, my friends from Potsdam and my friends here are headed back to school. Its so weird to not be packing or making a list of all of the things I need. Its weird to think I won't see the hotties everyday or do dinner at 5pm. LP will be so werid without any friends here also. Ashley A won't be home. It will be just me. The best friends are all headed back to school and I won't be with the Potsdam gang. Its sad in a way. Yes I know I will see them again and that helps but its still just sad in ways. *sigh*
Through it will be nice to have the town back. No more fighting, for parking or spending 20 mins to go down Main street or pay for parking. Going out, you will be able to move comfortable and not wait 20 mins to get a drink. There will fewer idiot tourists to deal with. Both jobs will slow down and we will be able to breath.
