I have calmed down, thank you all very much for your hugs and kind words. They were needed in my great times of distress, and very much appreciated. In any case I'm working tomorrow again (and closing the spa), so hopefully the boss will be able to show me how to do every kind of bill there is (why can't people just pay by card or cash? *sigh*), and I'll be less...frazzled come closing time.
I start at 8:15 AM tomorrow....with some chance (and coffee) I won't fall asleep during Probability&Statistics. I need that teacher to write me a recommendation note for my academic dean anyways.... Long story, but basically that's the procedure at my school whenever I need a written approval from the dean. Ack.
I have completed my Ontarian universities application. I dared apply for Journalism at Carleton as my third choice, heheheheh!
Now I'll just have to discuss with my parents whether or not it's not worth spending the 200$ applying for these unis that I probably won't attend.
Am working on my McGill applic....I need two to three reference letters, a CV and a 250 to 1000-word letter of intent explaining why I want to go into law. I have the feeling that "It's cool and complicated and makes me sound smart AND pays well!" won't fly too well. *shrugs*
Speaking of McGill....Open House on Sunday. Must...drag...self...into...city....morning...gaaaaah.
The Stanford Financial Aid package is giving me a HUGE headache though. So complicated. X_X
I'm tired, I'm lacking discipline and sleep. I really should go over my Bio and Physics notes, plus get familiarized with all kind of Excel funcitons for Prob&Stats. The MYLO-DECA workload has been split and I'm content to be taking care of the Provincial competitions. I just need to conjure a few grands out of thin air and we'll be good. Oh woe. I should really clean my room. And organize my papers and leftover notes from last semester. Get a haircut. Buy jeans that don't have holes in them. Catch up on my reading. WATCH FOOTIE DAMMIT. Love my family. Cuddle with my guy. Eat, work out and sleep.
Oh, la joie de vivre!
[That was not sarcastic, just by the way. Am tired and empty of witticisms, 'kay?]
Coolness, y'all.
