The Netherlands
Now I'm in Amsterdam!
Paris was mostly good, though I can't say I particularly liked the city. My favorite parts: the Louvre, Notre Dame, the Jardin du Luxembourg, and the Bois du Boulogne. Going up the bell towers of Notre Dame was a lot of fun!
I think Amsterdam is a generally better-looking city than Paris, though. It's brighter, and cleaner, and just has a better character. For all its wonderful monuments and sights, I don't think Paris is that nice a place.
I have three full days in Amsterdam, of which today is the first. Then back to Englaland. Though, since I'm going to York, I suppose I'm not really going to the land of the Angles...
