I'm trying to make meringue. Everyone talks about it like it's hard, so I was rather wary. But making it all seemed easy enough. An electric mixer with a whisk attachment is helpful. Hm. I bookmarked a gorgeous looking vanilla cupcake on bakebakebake with cream cheese frosting. The texture looks amazing. Or should I go chocolate? Or try to make those orange ones Lauren used to make, but I wouldn't know how. Or I could just look up cupcake recipes and see what I find...

I'm kind of inclined towards the vanilla, I think. The whole point is practice dealing with the gooey stuff that goes on top. I can put a couple of different flavours in that.
