a good day
SO yesterday was lovely, I went to visit
Washington,NC It was such a nice day. I felt like Rachel Ray on $40 a day. I stopped into a great little store and was told where to go to get a hot dog, and a cup of coffee. So, I'll bite. I went to get a hot dog, it was good but no hummels, and then had a lovely cup of coffee. I got home, and the roommate actually wanted to bond, which was kind of nice. She made a nice dinner, and then we watched a movie and were both im'ing throughout most of the evening. I can tolerate her for a couple more months. She says she is not planning to move sell the condo till after may 18th, so no worries on this end. She will only sell early if she can actually get more than lsit price because of taxes, which is a good thing.
I saw a couple of apartments yesterday, both of which I like. The are small, but just perfect for me, and whatever four legged friend I decide to acquire. They are also in nice quite part of town, so if the four legged friend needs to be walked, I can do that.
Today was not bad, I was beginning to get VERY frustrated, like on the verge of tears and about to dial the phone, when I FINALLY got a call about a job interview. it is at
Harris Teeter which is a grocery store. The bonuses of working their (other than discounts on groceries which we always need) but it is also opened 24hrs, so I can work 3rd shift and it will have literally no conflict with classes. I need a job. I will take whatever comes my way, except fast food and WalMart. I will draw the line.
Okay, well. . . I think that is it for me right now. My interview is on monday, so please wish me luck. I can't take being unemployed much longer.
