[So there is an Anya in the chapel.

She's holding a candelabra and looking at one of the stained-glass windows. She hefts it up--it's heavier than it looks--and swings it into the window with a resounding BOOONNNNNNGGGG.

Now there is an Anya flat on her back on the floor. Ow.]

As expected.

[[ oh, guess what, Hope was heading to the chapel anyway if only because he really likes it there and it offers a different atmosphere from the rest of the house, but after hearing that noise, he's running up the stairs and skidding into the room somewhat flailing, eyes wide until he sees Anya ]]

Are you okay?

[Running footsteps... well that's embarrassing. She's recovered from the ouch of the fall by the time he rushes in and sits up.]

Yes.

oh, lawl, continuity in RP. Let's pretend they're not completely surrounded. escapedpandora August 28 2010, 19:57:07 UTC
[[ he's kind of crouching down, not sure whether he should offer help or not or it that would somehow be insulting or something or... well, he's over thinking it. ]]

What happened?

[She wouldn't be offended. But embarrassed enough that she would rather not be offered help. Ffft.]

Testing the strength of the window.

[She looks towards the dropped candelabra.]

[ The chapel is definitely worth observing. And searched for any clue or possible exits. Just as when Anya was hitting the window full-force with the candelabra, Iceland entered the chapel. Like any sensible Nation, he stopped and stared at the pink-haired girl for a good couple of minutes. But he snapped out of it in the end and approached her, offering a hand to help her stand. ]

Trying to break the window?

[She just stares back while the shock from hitting the floor goes away, wondering how long this little contest is going on--

--oh, okay. Well fine, she takes the hand and gets up.]

I didn't expect it to be successful.

[ Trust me, if you want a staring contest with Iceland, it'll last long. Anyway, once she managed to get up, he pulled away his hand. ]

Next time, use a bigger thing.

[ He glanced at the window she'd hit; no expression evident in his face. ]

[She walks over to the window, running her fingers over the place that she struck. The glass seems totally unaffected.]

I'm not sure blunt force would work at all.
