WHAT: The infamous mystery-solving Scooby-Doo gang comes to the mansion!
WHERE: Outside the mansion, then inside the main hallway.
WHEN: November 19th, morning, before the haunt.
HOW: Uhhhh...? I dunno, but I should be doing my homework right now. :|

Shaggy didn't like the look of this mansion. Shaggy really didn't like the look of his mansion, and could have thought of about a dozen things he would rather be doing than heading towards it. Most of the other things involved food, but a good number of them had to do with sleep and... well, pretty much just food and sleep, really.

He swallowed nervously and glanced around, mimicing Velma in everything but intent. It was less clues that drove him, and more the desperate search for anything to distract the gang from making it to the mansion. Unfortunately nothing much warranted an immediate investigation, and with a heavy sigh he resigned himself to his fate.

Well, at least he was pretty sure he'd seen Velma stashing away Scooby Snacks. That was a start towards a silver lining.

As usual, Freddie's mind was drifting on a cloud of supernatural fantasy, wondering what ghost story they'd be fed next before they realized it was just another cranky old man with a really realistic swamp-man mask. Freddie was a believer, yes, but he'd also seen enough costume makeup to know when he should be a little skeptical.

The walk was surprisingly quiet so far considering this was a group of kids that rarely kept their mouths shut for very long. Freddie wondered if he should try telling them this really awesome joke he just thought up involving a caveman but he didn't think the mood was right just yet.

Maybe he'd save it for later.

Shaggy would probably laugh.

Freddie's eyes wandered over to Daphne. Would she laugh too? Maybe if the caveman had a Prada handbag or something.

He cleared his throat in an overly obnoxious manner, tugging at his collar. "So guys, anybody wanna place bets on what the mystery could be?"
