[Giovanni's hand manages to turn on the video function through it's fumbling with the communicator as he reaches out for it. Not what he intended but it will have to do

[He's not feeling well himself, but hardly to this extent! And as much as he isn't keen on venturing out into the city, he can't leave his father like this. He'll grab Ezio and have him help him find Giovanni if he must, their father can't be left out there!]
Merda! Where are you?! We'll come to you-- [And he's looking away from the communicator, voice trailing off a bit as he peers for Ezio, then he's calling for his brother, sure he's seen as well.]
We're heading out now! [Finding where he is can come as they go.]
[He's coughing a bit, grabbing up his communicator, and the two eldest sons of Giovanni are quick to head out. A little weak, no thanks to being sick himself, Federico isn't as fast on his feet, nor as strong when it comes to hauling himself up to race across roofs.]
We can't leave you out there, [Where ever that was.] you're not well!
Neither are you! [Yelling only makes him cough even more, but he fights it down this time.] Stop, Federico. Go back... stay where it is safe./i> If you get caught out here...
[He does stop, only because it's not easy running and jumping and climbing when yelling back and forth with your father over this communicator. Slightly bent, a hand on one knee, he's panting, coughing.]
I'm-- [Hack hack.] F-Fine! Ezio has his blade if there is anything to stand in our way! [Speaking of his brother, he can be heard urging Federico to stop arguing with their father and to get moving once more.]

I said no! [That is a very deliberate yell-command and it leaves Giovanni panting for breath but by sheer will alone he manages not to cough.] I will not have you getting any worse...

[Both sons jump slightly, the command getting through quite clear to them. Federico goes to 'but papa' at Giovanni, but Ezio is grabbing his arm off screen, motioning with his head for them to keep going. Not that their luck will land them any where near their father.]
... keep your communicator on, so we can at least see that you're alright.
[If this was considered alright. His tone is that of a kicked dog, but it makes it seem more believable that he's listening to his father, and not turning the video feed off to follow after Ezio, further into Discedo.]
[Giovanni seems to consider this for a moment.] Very well...
[He lays back and tries to relax. It's hard with his chest on fire and coughing fits keeping him from truly relaxing for more than two seconds at a time but he stays lying down and keeps the communicator on for Federico's sake.]
