...standing on top of the world tonight. no ones looking back at you...
so i'm gonna write this while i am still in awe of lifehouse. their concert was tonight and not only did see them but i got their autographs! and i was a total nerd and i told them that i first heard them on smallville and that's how i started to like their music...and jason says yeah actually alot of people say that. lol! i'm still pretty damn giddy. it was a great concert i went with nat and ryan and amazingly ran into leah and her boyfriend too. chad and dez were there too but we didn't stand next to them.
overall they are pretty damn good live. like it was one of those concerts that you never wanted it to end except for the fact that your feet hurt and you can't hear anything but base because you are so damn close to the speakers. we were pretty fucking close too....but none of use brought cameras like dumbasses. i dunno what the hell we were thinking. they sang all the good shit including Everything which after seeing lifehouse actually play it i don't think i will have the same problem as i used to have with that song and a certain person....i will just think of being there in concert with my lighter raised and never of anything bad. this is really sad but because everyother song on smallville is by lifehouse i felt like i was there lol! You and Me was great and Come Back Down which they opened with was awesome! they acted all like they were gonna leave before they sang Everything and Hanging by a Moment.
it was pretty damn cool of them to sign stuff. ppl could have had their picture taken with them but like i said we didnt have a camera. (bangs head on desk!). um i dunno what else to say about it. i'm kinda tired yet not. my legs and feet hurt from standing all night. i'm prolly gonna shower and try to go to sleep to the ringing in my ears.
and how can i stand here with you and not be moved by you...
