I was doing so good today, i ate really well and nothing but some carrot to cruch after 8pm so my body could digest properly yada yada yada...
but nope i did great until about 00.15 which is i guess the next day,
i had 4packs of squares at like 100cals each, a biscuit at 95cals and a handful of raisins, thats a total of like 600cals, today im bot gna do the plan properly im only gna eat another 600cals, so for breakfast im gna have some porrige cos there is no fruit left 2 make smoothies grrrrrr! and then im gna have some chicken and veg! thats all, and then snack on carrot for the rest of the day.
I decided to change my ticker to break it up into more managable chunks, here it is.....

So i didn't do much today just took my 6 year old cousin shannon shopping I got her an entire outfit for £6(like $12) its sooo pretty she wears clothes so well, it looks like Gap or something on her.
My first personal training session is on monday, he will prob just give me the same diet to follow that i am already doing, and he is gna giv me a really hard work out which i can't wait for. I wanna lose weight for health reasons and everything but I would be lying if I said that I wanna lose weight jus for the health benefits cos I am not, I am pretty much only doing this so I can wear great clothes and look thin and toned!
Is losing 56lbs before september the 1st a good goal that give me 4 months???
