I was doing soooooo well and I totally screwed up 2day, if feel totally like eeeeeew!!!
I pulled an all nighter so I am really tired. I was doing really good until like 6pm.
This is what I had,
banana slimfast-216cals
veg lasagne-400cals
green beans-70cals
cottage pie-400cals
sultana bran cereal with semi-skimmed milk-between 500 and 600cals(urgh i h8 myself)
my dad made some freaky stir-fry thing which they practically made me eat! the was prob about 400 cals in that.
I also had 2 digestive biscuits-200cals.
I hate this,arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!
Thats a total of (give me a few hours, im slow)....2286!
I hate my life!
I forgot,diet soda-50cals( i drink alot, well i wanted to fill myself up,it didnt work so well hehe)
so i am not in a good mood AT ALL!!
I'm gna be soooo good 2moro,well i guess its 2day now,cos its like 1.10am.
I do NOT want to go over 840cals or less!
this should be made up off 2 x slimfast shakes-2 x 216 and then a 400 cal meal, i am gna jus drink water also!!
Hopefully things will be better and I will feel more positive.
Atleast I went to the gym, I did 8mins on the elliptical trainer on a high resistance which mustve done some good and then I "power-walked" on the treadmill for 1 km, it took me 15mins and 10secs. So 2moro when i go i am hoping to get that time shorter and then build it up!!!
PLEASE LET ME HAVE A BETTER DAY 2DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
