Did your parants get rid of them because of you and Joe fighting over them all of the time?

The parents got rid of them because Joe's obsessive devotion to them got to be too much.

Well, Joe has a long history of putting video games before homework and when he did it on the first day of school in conjunction with writing some really hurtful things in his homework assignment, the parents decided that they'd had enough.

I'm sorry. Are they being put into deep storage for some later, less brother obsessed time, or are they being sold off entirely?

They're being put in the trash is what. The games are salvaged. The consoles are gone as far as I can tell to the dump.

The stepmom was pretty upset and disgusted with their very existence last night. It was a dramatic gesture. :o

That sucks, man. All that good stuff gone to waste. Well, not really waste. I mean, there really was nothing else to do in that situation - Joe's really gotten outta hand. Sorry about that. Guess we won't be finishing FF7 until either I get my own PS2 (complete with controllers) or Joe goes to college or something. Well, best of luck to you guys.
