A Brand New Day

Well, according to the last entry, I haven't updated this bad boy in like three years. Hooray? Nobody uses this thing anymore, which totally makes sense, because of FB and all that jazz. However, I think this thing can still be useful. I will make this my exercise journal and occasional writing drabble forum. Consequently, I'll try to remember ED trigger warnings, but understand that the majority of my posts will revolve around my efforts to weigh less than a mid-sized hide-a-bed couch. Whee!

Today is Day 1 of Operation: Lose A Large Puppy's Worth of Body Fat. Current weight 220lbs (yes folks, the athlete has gone to seed).

Biked: 10 minutes, 6mph, flat terrain
Walked: 20 minutes, 3mph, flat terrain
Leg Press: 90lbs, 3x15
Calf Press: 40lbs 3x15
Listened to: Canterbury Tails: end of Prologue, beginning of Knight's Tale and Hard Rock Station.
