blogging about blogging
yes, i am using LJ to talk about my art blog, a little redundant, but whatever.
i think it was one of the best ideas ive had in a while. i love compliments and praise, so thats my motivation to keep making art for the blog. also, i have a goal. i want it to be one of the more popular blogs like the ones i visit and follow for ideas. so i'll know ive made it when i have 100 followers. now i have 6, which is double what i had on my last blog, ha. and literally everyday i have a new comment on something. which is also amazing. i was a little discouraged at the beginning because i felt it was pointless to just blog at myself. but now i have subscribers and comments! my rusty piece has 13 comments. so im impressed.
but the best thing about this is that i have created at least 3 quality works of art each week all summer. and im really developing my style learning quick ways to make things look impressive. so yay!
