I think, you describe the typical 'Murakami feeling' I also have while I'm reading one of his books. Maybe it's coincidental that you mention especially him, but I love it. *Murakami fangirl* At least, I know similiar moods on those lazy days.
you know what, I don't even think it's coincidental. I had just finished reading, for the fourth?fifth? time, Hard-Boiled-Wonderland and the End of the World. And one of your entries is, in some way, similiar... I don't know if it's the mood or the style. The 'yawn' one. :)
