Fiduciary income tax return (Form 1041) for the calendar year 2004. (Fiscal-year estates must file by the 15th day of the 4th month following the close of the tax year.) Estates seeking an extension of tiem to file return must have submitted an application on Form 2758in time for it to be processed by the filing date.
