That boinga! boinga! noise is just me bouncing up and down in place waiting to find out what's going to happen next.
I mentioned before that I love your Mac voice, but this time around what I really appreciated was the Teal'cness of Teal'c. There, quietly, loomingly there, content to remain in the background until required, and when he speaks, everyone can't help but listen. So very much the Jaffa we know and love.

And I already adore writing Teal'c. He's such a wonderful character! My partner is a Teal'c fangirl, so I'm not likely to forget that he's there -- which does seem to happen sometimes, in the show as well as in fanfic, sigh.
I'm about 1500 words into Part Two, and I yesterday put a shiny new word meter back onto the LOLMac home page!
ETA: Part Two should get posted tomorrow. It's now Part Two of Three instead of Part Two of Two. *facepalm*

You write the best Mac and omg please let him and Jack make up! *plys with cookies*

The good news: I expect to post Part Two tomorrow, as long as my technical beta is able to get back to me.
Probably also good news: it's turned into a three-parter.

As for macgyvering - do you know that the official Air Force manual (of planes or something?) even has the word inside? It says, when there are no spare parts for repairing something, you shall macgyver it. Maybe Sam could mention that as well!
All the voices are very nice. I always loved MacGyver/SG-1 fic.
Poor Daniel, to know he was right but can't tell the world about it.
I had to snigger at the line with the man driving away in the "broken" truck ;)
