I'm definitely celebrating Pancake Day tomorrow. It sounds so much more exciting than any other day.

Today we had a holiday from school and no one knows why.

Yay Pancake Day! I discovered (in further enquiry), that what they mean by pancakes is what we think of as crepes: really thin pancakes that you roll stuff up in. Apparently what we eat are "Scotch pancakes." Anyhow, I don't think it matters too much, as really either kind are fun to make and eat.

You guys got a holiday? That's SO unfair. We don't get any time off. Even for pancake day. :P
