International banking....still sucks! I somehow ended up with two opened bank accounts, and had to spend the afternoon between lectures going downtown to sort this out. Dr. Balog used to have Smarties in his office all the time. We decided somehow that eating an entire package at once (yes, at once) would give you a quantitatve bonus to your intelligence for the next hour, so every time somebody had a quiz/test coming up, they'd come eat ten packages of smarties, all at once.

To say I didn't participate would probably be a lie, but it was pretty amazing.

Those are not Smarties, my young apprentice. You have been deeply deceived! I will bring you some REAL smarties when I return, so that you may understand the difference.

Will they still give me a d4+1 int bonus? I think that's the real issue at stake here.

maybe...but REAL smarties not only give you an intelligence boost (d4+1), but also strength (d4) and if you share them with the DM, lots of brownie points (hereafter referred to as 'Smartie points').

I'm not sure what I'd do with another d4 strength (my biceps are already so big I can't go to class because I don't fit through doorways), but I'm all about brownie/Smartie points.
