I survived my first Black Friday as someone who works retail. Yowsa. I can't imagine working in a major store during this stuff... we were uber busy and we're just a yarn shop. :) Craziness! I went home with a major migraine last night which sucked ass... I left work at 8 and by 9:30 I was in bed and passed out. I woke up at 7:30 to take more drugs and the worst of the headache was finally gone by 10 this morning so I got a few hours of sleep before I had to be back at the store this afternoon. I'm SO scheduling a massage after payday this week. I should go see my chiropractor, but eh... I've been putting that off for some reason. Probably because it's been so long since I've been in there that I just know when I finally do go back he'll want to see me regularly for a while and well... that's money that I don't have.
Thanksgiving was fun. I only wanted to smack two people throughout the day and the feeling didn't last too long so I'd say it was pretty good. :) We played all sorts of games after dinner which was good for lots of laughs. I did end up spending the night to watch Devin on Friday morning. At 3:30 when Heather and Sheila got up to go shopping Devin woke up and was just heartbroken that Heather was leaving, but I managed to get him back to sleep and we cuddled on the couch until he work up again at 8:30 and I then took him over to my mom so I could go home for a few hours of sleep before having to work. He's so effing adorable. Most of my pictures from Thanksgiving are of him. :) He was quite funny all night on Thursday. Look how cute the table decorations were that Wesley and Ravyn made... Wesley made mine, it was the only one that had all yellow feathers and mine had the most feathers too... ;)

Uh... *thinks* AYO Technology, or something like that. :) And while we're at it, I'm also interested in Brit's Gimme More (and/or the whole cd... I know, I'm a bad fan, I don't have it yet), John Mayer's newest song... I'm guessing it's called Gone, the new Chris Brown/T.I. song, Enrique's newish song Somebody Wants You (I'm guessing at that title) and Get Anotha by Blake Lewis... Anyone? Anyone? Mwah!
