today was horrible.
i must have eaten 3,000 calories minimum.  i am going to plan out tomorrow COMPLETELY.

wake up.
breakfast: lipton ginger twist tea
half a nutrigrain bar
lunch: turkey sandwich
(2 pieces of turkey, lettuce, a little ranch dressing)
other half of the nutrigrain bar
water
dinner: lettuce ranch dressing

then like 50 situps DEF.
i will do likehalf a mile in gym.
then...bed. fml
i dont want to be fat anymore. i dont want to be 160 lbs.
i want to be 110.
