[Not filtered like a boss. Just another example of Cas' recklessness right here.]
This town's sure goin' to hell isn't it? Good thing I don't care, otherwise I'd have a real mess on my hands.
Well if anyone wants to enjoy a drink while this shit gets real, I'll be at the bar.
[Filtered to Finas]
Hey... uh. Figure maybe we should talk. I gotta head in

[Doot de doo- convenient timeskip is convenient.
lt was turning eleven when he got to the bar, hand in his pocket and head lowered a bit. Sighing a bit as he waited, wondering how they were going to approach the subject.]

Spotting Finas, he walked out from behind the counter and grabbed his arm, tugging him out the door.]
Good, you're not late. Let's go, I'm starved. [He was just gonna play the "dodge the subject" game for a little while.]

When am I ever late?

[He didn't have much to say while they walked to the restaurant. He let go of Fin's arm once they were outside, and once they got to the place, considering the hour, they were seated quickly. He rolled up his sleeves and looked across the table at Finas, his voice lowered.]
... So. Uh, about the other night...
Reply
Yes... About that.
[A pause.]
I would like to know your honest thoughts on the matter, Casimiro.

Sheesh, no pressure or anything. [Joked as he rubbed the back of his neck lightly. How should he go about this... Damn, and he thought he'd had it all planned out at the bar. Now he couldn't remember any of what he was going to say.]
My honest thoughts, huh. Well, I don't regret what we did, and uh... [His hand ran over his hair, gaze awkwardly averted to the window as his voice lowered.] I guess I'm kinda hoping you don't regret it either.

Was it the right thing to do, Cas?
[Voice softer.]
Was it just because of the trauma we experienced the day before, or... [Voice trailing off.]

Hell if I know what's right or not. But it's what I- what we wanted to do, and that's really all I give a damn about.
[He paused, voice reduced to a mere murmur as he looked straight at Finas.]
... It wasn't just from that on my end.

What now then?
[He wanted to know how Cas felt and what he wanted before giving his own input. It was a rather heavy matter after all.]

That's the question, isn't it. If we decide to do anything from here, this damn town's not gonna make it very easy. I'm open to suggestions...
[He wasn't much of a planner himself, and hadn't thought anything out further than what had progressed the other night.]

[He took the time to think about it now, because according to the time period they were in and how strict the town seemed to be... pursuing a homosexual relationship wouldn't end very well, would it? Then again they were able to have that night without any droning, perhaps if they kept things behind closed doors the town didn't care? Was all the sneaking around worth it? Taking the moment to watch the other man for a bit, thoughtful. No matter what their friendship would remain the same, they have been together far too long to let something like this ruin what they had.
Rubbing his face, feeling rather pensive. It was... a big thing.]
All I know... [Starting slow, since he was still planning out his next words carefully.] is that it has been a long time since I have felt... that. For anyone.
[Elbow on the table, chin in his palm as his attention turned to Casimiro again.]
...It seems like it would be a shame to forget and move on.

Yeah... it'd be a damn shame. I say we go for it. Hell, what've we got to lose, an arm, a life? Tch, been there, done that.
[Although it would've been nice if Fin had his other arm back. He would've liked to grab for a hand right about now to emphasize his point. Oh well.]
I think it'll be worth it. Don't you?

[He couldn't see them having public displays of affection anyway. The smile almost caught him off guard, so used to the smirks and the cocky grins. He returned the smile with one of his own. Not as brief as his others usually were too.]
I do. Really I don't see it being much different than how we already are.

[The waitress interrupted to get Cas' order, and he just handed her the menu saying "surprise me- oh and a beer", before turning to Finas again.]
Probably won't be too much of a difference at all. I'd like to get my vampirism back soon though, so I can at least be awake when you are. [That was looking to be inconvenient. He was already exhausted and Finas was probably just starting his evening.]
