i have found the flaw.........
its that we're an organization made up of 20 adolescent girls.
we had our regional this weekend.
friday: we almost leave stacey b/c she forgot we had a trip. i spent the trip for tallahassee to gainsville in the charter bus bathroom throwing up with nikki. not fun. went to practice, made it through, then got back on the bus and went to the hotel. threw up twice in that 20 min trip.
saturday: still felt sick, but i didnt throw up at all! quite the accomplishment if you ask me. practice was ok, we did our prelim run and came out second. went to the mall for dinner, went shopping w/ my mom, went back to do finals at 9:50. our finals run wasnt so good. people dropped equipment and then stared at it, and people fell. it wasnt bad, just not good enough. we dropped to fourth place. that really sucked.
and then theres the drama. and there is a lot of it. i wish people could be mature and not wimpy, and not limping after every show and making the moms carry her, but sadly its not possible.
oh well, i had two strong runs, so im happy w/ myself, and proud of all the girls giving 100%. we'll get them in mobile.
