SPN: "All Hell Breaks Loose, part 1" (spoilers)

All right, when Andy asked Sam "Do you have something of Dean's on you? Like...something he touched?" - yes...my mind went to the Bad Place.

Oh no! They couldn't have killed Ellen and Ash and burned down the roadhouse and...no!
As xingou and I have just been saying to each other (thanks to the miracle of modern googletalk technology), something seems really off about this ep. Like...okay, at first I thought this was Sam's parallel to Dean's "not-reality" from last week, but now, I'm not sure. And the Yellow Eyed Demon calling him "Sammy" and saying he's his "favorite" and all I can't believe it for a second because...Demons lie. It's what they do.
But what the hell is going on? (No, don't really tell me *g*)
Eeek! Bad-Ava let the bad demon thing in the door and now Andy's dead! Aha...okay: she's been killing demon-spawn kids for five months...and now I don't trust Afghanistan guy Jake either.
Hah! I knew it. Untrustworthy! Oh, Sam...don't drop your weapon, you silly boy!

Is everybody basically evil and out for themselves in the SPN-verse or is it just the DemonKids (which, would make sense, of course, since...DemonKids!)
And now Sam's turning his back on the fallen Jake? Why?
What the hell? How did Dean and Bobby get to this town (which...they can't possibly be at for real!) and how is Sam stabbed!
Dean, holding a bloody Sam in his arms: "It's my job to look after my pain in the ass little borther. No no no no no. God!"
Waaah!
Is it next week yet?

(Also? Why has my wordperfect program suddenly stopped automatically moving down the page when I hit "enter?" The cursor is just disappearing off the bottom of the page until I manually scroll down. WTF?)
