Ceramics
I am totally excited. Starting next week, my mom's going to let me take my little sister to a ceramics class with me. This might not sound like it's any big thing, but it's really huge for me. For a long time, my mom didn't really seem to trust me to baby sit or drive the kids around, but she seems to have gotten over her concerns. Further more, when I spend time with the kids, it's always crazy just to keep all of them not screaming or fighting. It's going to be so great to just spend quality time with Audrey, just her and me. I love Daniel, Avery, and Aidan, of course, but I get tired of Daniel and Avery's bickering and how the two boys leave Audrey out of everything. As for Aidan, he's still too little to know what's going on. Audrey, though, is showing a distinct need for attention. Plus, I've noticed that my mom seems to get frustrated with her a lot, and if my mom allows herself to take a break once a week, I'm sure she'll be much happier, too.
Other than that exciting news, not much is going on. I went to Galveston with the babies on Tuesday and we went to a sea turtle reasearch facility. That was kinda neat. Today we went to go see the movie Barnyard. Tomorrow Avery and Daniel start their first day of school. Eleven more days till my 19th birthday and my party at Erin's place, which I'm looking forward to tons.
I was looking at some of my old Harry Potter fanfics and I think I'm going to pick them back up again. It's been a year, but one has a crap load of reviews and people are still sending me e-mails asking me to continue it. I finally feel like I'm over my writer's block. This summer has been so good for me in so many ways. Still, excited about starting classes again!
