(no subject)
I leave in a week.
I took out my loan a few days ago, yep, officially in debt.
I did get a scholarship but it's pretty small. Although it helps!
Went to a big ol' party tonight at Tanner's, that was a lot of fun. Mostly because I took some adderol. That makes anything fun, am I right?
I am worried about my going away party, I want to have a big fun festive, well, fest, but I don't know if it is happening.
I'm really bummed out that I have not seen anyone since I have been back. Literally, no one. No one calls me back which is understandable because we are all busy.
I'm worried about a few things. Number one is that I won't have enough money. Number two is that I won't make any friends or my host family is going to eat me. Number three of course is Greg and I. Le sigh. It's going to suck, ridiculously, AGAIN.
On a much brighter note, my sister Jer came into town for the weekend and Julie and my babies get here TOMORROW!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very exciting. I spent like a hundred dollars buying things for them so we can have a giant ninja/pirate/indian war outside haha.
And thennnnnnn SUNDAY! The Storks are coming! If you do not know the Storks, wish you had. Brad is the dad, he's my dad's best friend. They taught right next door to each other in Illinois and would play hilarious pranks on each other such as vaseline on the windshield, road kill hidden in the rooms, fruit fly colonies, jacking up the car, etc. Anyhoo his two daughters Laura and Lindsay are my two good friends and oh, the fun we will have. I went to visit Laura at SIU back in October. Good times good times.
I'm just really excited. Everything just happens all at once and it kind of sucks that I don't have more time to enjoy that before being whisked away to Europe (not that I'm complaining)
Well, I hope everyone's Christmas went great! And that everyone has a good New Year's as well. I hope I can see everyone before I leave and if not take care and good luck.
