i'm engaged!
well it's finally happened! we are officially engaged!
last night i went out to the movies and when i got home i walked in the door and i could hear the tv on but i looked and the tv wasn't there!!!!!! there was all candles there instead and i opened the door further and the tv is stuck in the doorway... and i'm like... oookkk... and i shut the door and watched the tv which had all flowers all over it and stuff and it had BETHANIE FRASER written on the screen and i'm like... righttt... so i stood there and it flashed up WILL YOU MARRY ME? on it and i said out loud "what the heck?"
and i just stood there thinking, ok he's here somewhere but the house was dark because all the lights were off, just the candles, and then i saw him in the mirror. he'd been hiding behind the couch but he could see me the whole time because of the mirror.
anyway then he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him, and i said yesssss. and then i started laughing and couldn't stop, i got the giggles really bad, and had this huge grin on my face and i couldn't stop laughing! and every time i calmed down then i looked at him and started laughing again!
needless to say, i didn't get much sleep last night :)
